Spiritual Directors are men and women, lay and ordained, who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and Christian churches, who share a calling to support others on their journey into the love of God. A spiritual director will, in a prayerful atmosphere, help you reflect on your life and experience and help you explore how you might become more open to the movements of the Spirit. Since the earliest days of Christianity people have realised their need to find someone who will walk with them on their journey of faith.
 

Sylvia trained as a Spiritual Director in the Diocese of Oxford and Nigel in the Diocese of Exeter. Although we come from specific Church traditions, Anglican and Methodist, we are open to accompany people of all Christian traditions and of none. Spiritual Direction is about your spiritual journey and not ours. We usually meet with directees approximately every six weeks by appointment. The meeting usually takes place at our home in Malvern, although it is possible sometimes for us to travel to you, and a contribution towards travelling expenses would then be asked.
